The forsythia was in bloom last year when my daughter was born--I remember staring out the window and seeing it everywhere on the way to the hospital. It's been one of my favorite flowers since because it reminds me of that day. So I love this pic. :)

Beautiful capture. We used to have those in our yard growing up in NY. The color looks much greener here, which is interesting to me.

Ours is just ready to bloom. Forsythia in bloom in Pennsylvania in March! What will happen next?

My next door neighbor used to have a lovely big forsythia..then they tore the house and bush down. so sad..

We are having some gorgeous weather right now, but the plants might regret it when the weather changes back in the other direction in the next few days.
