
As you know, I joined the fitness challenged hosted by Trish of Trish's Reading Nook. I started Monday, October 5 (see post). This is such a great challenge. My husband even perked up when I told him about it. I think that he thinks we all do alot of sitting, reading our books, and was impressed that we are motivating each other to become more active. You and Trish did not have to twist my arm too hard. I love walking! If only it would get just a tad bit cooler...

I'm progressing quite well for this too. It's so encouraging to see all of us motivating each other like that. :D
