This is very nice - we have some efforts underway to "artify" Houston as well, but as always there is some debate over whether it is "art" (which is legal and welcome) or "graffiti" (which is illegal, and can subject the VICTIM to a citation and fine.)
No question about this, though - those tiles are beautiful!
