I stumbled upon a group of ladies that are doing this challenge, long story short, I was eliminated from the game, being Vegan, I could not consume soy protein every meal (soy overload!), and it did not indicate any other proteins that I could substitute, so I was not allowed to play with them. What is the "Bean" option? Even though I am Vegan, I do one Greek yogurt per day when doing this to vary up my proteins. My holiday in Scotland was not exactly good for my weight so after the school holidays I may have to do something. I am always on the go, so that would mean I'd be eating in the car or when I am out, which isn't good! I need some kinda diet though, this summer has been rough on me. I feel like a cow. I am headed home today to stay, which will be good for my routine. I already exercised everyday, too, and I tend to drink a lot of water anyway, so those haven't been a big problem for me. The meal part is hard!
