I have the e-book versions, which do have the author's notes at the end -- always interesting. What I really wanted was a MAP with all the old and new place names! Some aren't too far off the modern names, but much of the time I'm wondering where exactly the action is taking place. I do like how in the TV series they show you both versions of the place names.Marlissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14847892408749131710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3291822984443127930.post-90383504592102337232015-11-09T22:15:56.756-05:002015-11-09T22:15:56.756-05:00This sounds like an epic read. I would add this to my list, but the thought of nine books in the series (with more to come?) is kind of scary.Belle Wonghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12112894169429729531noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3291822984443127930.post-20869349428022280072015-11-09T11:47:05.716-05:002015-11-09T11:47:05.716-05:00Hmmm . . . maybe audio is the way to go for this ...Hmmm . . . maybe audio is the way to go for this one.SuziQoregonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15552565982732943323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3291822984443127930.post-80162587986042125092015-11-09T11:09:25.911-05:002015-11-09T11:09:25.911-05:00I didn't know you were such a Vikings fan! Here we are coming up to the new year in a scant 7 weeks - Yikes! - and I want to get a reading plan/goal set up. Big fat books appeal to me :-)Tinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08553212447308502910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3291822984443127930.post-73427722636453563122015-11-09T10:34:30.987-05:002015-11-09T10:34:30.987-05:00This one probably isn't for me.This one probably isn't for me.bermudaonionhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10726401178972099557noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3291822984443127930.post-140315662097391422015-11-09T09:52:48.487-05:002015-11-09T09:52:48.487-05:00I keep wondering how these are.
