Robin: my tree has pink buds and the new flowers have those beautiful pink veins. But mature flowers do not.

Interesting shot. I like the way that you zoomed in, not even trying to get the entire flower in the shot. Good use of depth of field, too.

So pretty!! We had three crabapple trees in our "orchard" when I was growing up. I miss the crabapple jelly my grandmother used to make with their fruit! It was delicious!
