I too love the colors...I can't believe how you can take a picture plain little candles and turn it into art. Good shot Beth!

wait a minute now. Were you using a macro lens? do you have the steadiest hand possible in the photography business?

Beth F 1/20/10, 8:51 AM

Yep, I used a macro & yep, I don't use a tripod.

Beautiful. More evidence of your very artistic eye--the most important piece of equipment a photographer can have!

Andi 1/20/10, 9:05 AM

Love the way you've framed the candles.

Sandy Nawrot 1/20/10, 11:56 AM

Only you could take a picture of candles and make it look artistic! Nice vivid blue color too.

Gorgeous photo and I do love blue and yellow together.

The Bumbles 1/20/10, 3:19 PM

Mmmm - do they smell like vanilla? Pretty framing angle, showing off without the tripod ;0)

SandyCarlson 1/20/10, 5:22 PM

Very, very pretty. I bet these are beautiful lit.

Melody 1/20/10, 7:06 PM

Beautiful! I love it!

Stan 1/20/10, 8:11 PM

That's a really nice picture. There's something pleasing about closeups that reveal detail (as long as it's not something gross).

Margot 1/20/10, 9:34 PM

That blue is absolutely beautiful. You do blue very well. I remember some blue flowers from last summer that also had an amazing blue. Kept it in my mind for a long time.

Robin 1/22/10, 9:33 AM

Nicely shot. I love the colors.

This looks like it could be a magazine shoot ... maybe I need some aromatherapy!

caite 1/25/10, 11:18 AM

I totally love that color blue.

Alice 1/30/10, 11:55 PM

I like the blue in this pic. Great shot!
