ReplyDeleteI didn't realize that The Adoration of Jemma Hardy was a YA book. I've been captivated by the title since I first saw it earlier this year. That won't stop me from reading it. I find I like most YA books that I have picked up. Thanks for the list. Hope you have a great new year.
ReplyDeleteI've really enjoyed every book in the Fox series, but none as much as The Adoration... I also listed Ocean at the End of the Lane in my favorites, but on audio.

ReplyDeleteI had my introduction to Neil Gaiman this year with The Graveyard Book. It was on my list of favorite audios! So, I'm definitely game to check out more from him now. :-)

ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these either, but I really enjoyed The Adoration of Jenna Fox. I just didn't follow through on the rest of the series.
ReplyDeleteNice list. I've read three of the six and loved them. I know the loss of your mother-in-law has brought sorrow to you and your family, but I want to wish you and yours all the best in 2014 and beyond.
ReplyDeleteI LOVED The False Prince. Did you read the sequel? My daughter and I are waiting for the last book in the trilogy to come out.

ReplyDeletewant to check out The Bone Season. wasn't that thrilled with Neil Gaiman's book but I'm not all that into fantasy. loved Coraline film and have read a few other of his books and only liked one.
